I just requested mine! It was easy, fast, and simple. All you have to do is click here.
Once it takes you to their facebook, click like then fill out the form. If you haven't read my post about "How to get started" then you should.
I suggest that you have a separate email account if you are going to sign up and get free items that I post. It usually requires you to sign up for something and get emails.
